Cancellation Policy

The Lucky Dot events are intentionally small, welcoming, and thoughtfully planned. Your spot is reserved once payment is received. Because space is limited and each event requires advance preparation, we have a no refund policy. If you cannot attend due to extenuating circumstances, refund may be considered if your spot can be filled. If you are unable to attend, you may also gift or transfer your spot to another guest. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future event. Events require a minimum number of guests to run. If the minimum is not met, the event may be rescheduled and registered guests will receive a credit for the rescheduled dates. If an event must be rescheduled due to weather, venue issues, or other circumstances outside of our control, guests will be notified as soon as possible and their registration will transfer to the rescheduled date. The Lucky Dot events are designed to be welcoming, relaxed, and encouraging. Guests are expected to treat one another with kindness, patience, and respect. We reserve the right to ask anyone disrupting the experience to leave without refund. Guests accept responsibility to avoid possibly dangerous situations. Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Neither The Lucky Dot nor the venue are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are expected to respect the venue, staff, property, and any venue-specific rules. Guests are responsible for communicating any allergies or dietary restrictions before the event. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. The retreat leader reserves the right to alter retreat programs or retreat details. Please review the event description before registering to make sure the skill level is the right fit. Some events are designed for beginners, while others may require prior knowledge of American Mah Jongg. Guests will sign a liability waiver and media release form upon arrival.
