Service Description
Join The Lucky Dot Mah Jongg Co. for a summer weekend at The Domes in Earlsboro. Enjoy a retreat filled with Mah Jongg, community and poolside fun. This retreat is designed for experienced Mah Jongg players. New to the game? Please check out our beginner-friendly classes and learning events. Play follows National Mah Jongg rules. Please bring your 2026 NMJL card. The Space The retreat will be held at The Domes in Earlsboro, Oklahoma, a secluded family farm featuring three cozy domes, a pool, hot tub, pool house, full kitchen, three full bathrooms, and shared gathering space. Each dome includes a queen bed, Nugget Couch sleeping options, mini fridge, Keurig, electric kettle, heating and air, ambient lighting, and a private deck with chairs and string lights. Guests may share a dome with other retreat attendees. If booking with a friend, please request to room together on contact form. The small dome sleeps 2 people and the two medium domes sleep 3-4. The Weekend Guests will arrive Friday, June 5 between 4–6 PM. Mah Jongg social play will be available throughout the weekend — including a game set up in the pool. On Saturday, retreat guests will enjoy a special Tournament Strategy Session before participating in the Splash + Mahj Tournament and Social Event. Enjoy charcuterie style snacks and refreshments. Tournament play starts at 2. This friendly two-hour tournament will include six games with prizes for winners! Following tournament play, enjoy a Mah Jongg pool party. A limited selection of cocktails will be provided. You may also BYOB, please drink responsibly. Stay as late as you'd like - we'll have the party going into the evening. Take a swim, relax in the hot tub, continue playing socially in or out of the pool, gather around the bonfire and more! Checkout is Sunday at 11 AM. Optional Meal Pass Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Alcohol is permitted, please drink responsibly. The Domes include a full kitchen for guest use and each dome has a mini fridge, keurig and electric kettle. Optional home-cooked meals are available for an additional fee: Friday Dinner - baked potato bar $15 Saturday Breakfast - homestyle breakfast $15 Saturday Dinner - taco bar $15 Sunday Breakfast - bagel bar $15 Lunch will not be provided but there will be charcuterie style snacks and refreshments during the event on Saturday afternoon.

Cancellation Policy
The Lucky Dot events are intentionally small, welcoming, and thoughtfully planned. Your spot is reserved once payment is received. Because space is limited and each event requires advance preparation, we have a no refund policy. If you cannot attend due to extenuating circumstances, refund may be considered if your spot can be filled. If you are unable to attend, you may also gift or transfer your spot to another guest. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future event. Events require a minimum number of guests to run. If the minimum is not met, the event may be rescheduled and registered guests will receive a credit for the rescheduled dates. If an event must be rescheduled due to weather, venue issues, or other circumstances outside of our control, guests will be notified as soon as possible and their registration will transfer to the rescheduled date. The Lucky Dot events are designed to be welcoming, relaxed, and encouraging. Guests are expected to treat one another with kindness, patience, and respect. We reserve the right to ask anyone disrupting the experience to leave without refund. Guests accept responsibility to avoid possibly dangerous situations. Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Neither The Lucky Dot nor the venue are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are expected to respect the venue, staff, property, and any venue-specific rules. Guests are responsible for communicating any allergies or dietary restrictions before the event. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. The retreat leader reserves the right to alter retreat programs or retreat details. Please review the event description before registering to make sure the skill level is the right fit. Some events are designed for beginners, while others may require prior knowledge of American Mah Jongg. Guests will sign a liability waiver and media release form upon arrival.
