A Weekend Retreat

September 11th-13th

Escape for a weekend of Mah Jongg, relaxation, and connection at The Domes in Earlsboro, Oklahoma. Join fellow players for a summer retreat filled with social play, poolside games, friendly competition, great food, and plenty of time to unwind.

This retreat is designed for experienced American Mah Jongg players who are comfortable playing independently using National Mah Jongg League rules.

Who is this retreat for?

The Venue

Nestled on a peaceful family farm in Earlsboro, Oklahoma, The Domes offers the perfect setting to unplug, recharge, and spend a weekend around the Mah Jongg table. The venue has three cozy glamping domes, a swimming pool and hot tub, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a bonfire, and a pool house with a full kitchen and three full bathrooms.

Domes + Pricing

Book this small dome with a friend and have a private space. The two guests will share a queen size bed.

Dome One

Share a medium dome with other guests. Sleeping options include three nugget foam beds and a queen size bed. This dome will have 3-5 guests.

  • Nugget foam bed - $247/guest

Another medium dome shared with others. Sleeping options include three nugget foam beds and a queen size bed. This dome will have 3-5 guests.

Dome Three

The Weekend

Check in Friday between 4-6PM. Enjoy social play, the pool and connecting with the other players.

On Saturday we will have a Tournament Strategy Session to help you feel confident before competition. In the afternoon, compete in our Mahj + Splash Tournament, a fun and friendly six-game tournament featuring prizes. Charcuterie-style snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the event.

After the tournament, spend the evening enjoying our Mah Jongg Pool Party. Play Mah Jongg poolside—or even in the pool—take a dip, relax in the hot tub, gather around the bonfire, or simply enjoy a weekend with people who love the game as much as you do.

Check out is 11AM on Sunday.

Meal Pass

You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages. There is a kitchen and each dome includes a mini refrigerator, Keurig, and electric kettle.
