Effective Date: July 23, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.theluckydotmahjonggco.com (the “Site”) and your purchase or use of classes, private lessons, guided-play sessions, social-play events, retreats, experiences, products, digital materials, and other offerings provided by The Lucky Dot Mah Jongg Co. LLC (“The Lucky Dot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, submitting a registration, making a purchase, or participating in an offering, you agree to these Terms. Please do not use the Site or purchase an offering if you do not agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase through the Site.
A parent or legal guardian must complete any registration, purchase, waiver, or consent required for a participant who is under 18.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
2. Our Offerings
The Lucky Dot may provide:

Beginner guided play
Social-play sessions
Private and small-group instruction
Retreats and destination experiences
Tournaments and special events
Collaborations hosted at third-party venues

Availability, format, duration, pricing, age requirements, prerequisites, inclusions, and participant capacity may vary by offering.
Specific information shown on an event page, product page, registration form, proposal, invoice, or checkout page forms part of your agreement with us.
3. Educational Scope
The Lucky Dot provides recreational education and entertainment relating primarily to American Mah Jongg.
Participation does not guarantee that a participant will master the game, reach a particular skill level, win games, or achieve a particular outcome. Progress depends on many factors, including attendance, attention, practice, and individual learning style.
Unless otherwise stated, our instruction is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Mah Jongg League or any other third-party organization.
4. Registration and Acceptance
Submitting a form, inquiry, or request does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed reservation.
A registration is confirmed only after all required steps have been completed, which may include:
Receiving our confirmation
Paying the required amount
Agreeing to applicable policies
Completing requested forms or waivers
Meeting stated experience or eligibility requirements
We may refuse, cancel, or limit a registration or order for legitimate business, safety, capacity, payment, fraud-prevention, or policy-enforcement reasons.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to pay all charges disclosed before completing a purchase, including applicable taxes, processing charges, shipping fees, travel fees, add-ons, or other stated costs.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Your use of a payment service may also be governed by that provider’s terms.
We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors. If an error affects an existing order, we may contact you with the option to approve the corrected terms or receive an appropriate cancellation and refund.
6. Event-Specific Policies
Certain classes, retreats, events, private bookings, packages, or products may have additional policies concerning:
Registration deadlines
Minimum enrollment
Deposits
Payment schedules
Cancellations
Refunds
Credits or transfers
Rescheduling
Late arrivals
No-shows
Substitutions
Weather
Travel
Accommodation
Food and beverages
Participant conduct
Required materials
Experience prerequisites
These additional terms may appear on the event listing, product page, registration form, proposal, invoice, confirmation email, or checkout page.
When an offering has specific written policies, those policies apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific offering policy controls for that purchase.
Please review all details before purchasing.
7. Cancellations, Refunds, Transfers, and Credits
Cancellation and refund eligibility are determined by the policy presented for the specific product, class, private booking, retreat, or event at the time of purchase.
Unless a specific policy states otherwise:
Registration fees and deposits reserve limited space
Missing or arriving late to an offering does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund, credit, extension, or replacement session
A participant may not transfer or resell a registration without our prior approval
Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively
Unused portions of packages or experiences are not automatically refundable
Approved credits may be subject to expiration dates and availability
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
8. Changes Made by The Lucky Dot
We may make reasonable changes to an offering when necessary, including changes to:
Date or time
Venue
Instructor
Schedule
Format
Activities
Food or beverage service
Included materials
Capacity
Accommodations
We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of material changes.
If we cancel an offering, our responsibility will generally be limited to the remedy communicated for that offering, which may include a refund, transfer, replacement date, or credit. We are not responsible for independently booked travel, lodging, childcare, lost wages, or other incidental expenses unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
9. Weather, Emergencies, and Events Beyond Our Control
We may postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel an offering because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Severe weather

Follow reasonable instructions from instructors, hosts, venue staff, and event personnel
Treat other participants, staff, venues, and property respectfully
Comply with venue rules and applicable laws
Use game equipment and other property appropriately
Disclose relevant accessibility needs or dietary concerns when requested
Arrive prepared with any specifically required materials
Avoid disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or unlawful conduct
We may remove a participant whose conduct creates a safety concern, materially disrupts an offering, damages property, violates venue rules, or interferes with another person’s ability to participate.
Removal for misconduct does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund or credit.
11. Alcohol and Personal Conduct
Some events or venues may permit alcohol. Participants who choose to consume alcohol are responsible for doing so lawfully and responsibly.
You may not provide alcohol to a minor, drive while impaired, create a safety risk, or violate a venue’s alcohol policy. We may refuse service, arrange transportation, contact emergency services, or remove a participant when reasonably necessary for safety.
Unless expressly stated, alcohol is not included in the purchase price and The Lucky Dot does not guarantee its availability.
12. Food, Allergies, and Dietary Needs
Some offerings may include food or beverages or may take place at venues that sell them.
Participants are responsible for informing us of significant allergies or dietary requirements when requested. Although we may make reasonable efforts to communicate dietary information or accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contact.
Participants should use their own judgment when consuming food or beverages and communicate directly with the applicable food provider when necessary.
13. Assumption of Risk
Participation in events, retreats, travel experiences, pool activities, hot-tub activities, outdoor activities, food service, alcohol service, and activities at third-party venues may involve ordinary and unexpected risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the risks ordinarily associated with the activities in which you choose to participate.
This provision does not waive liability that cannot legally be waived and does not excuse conduct for which liability may not be limited under applicable law.
We may require a separate participant waiver for a particular event or activity.
14. Personal Property
You are responsible for your personal property at classes, events, retreats, and venues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lucky Dot is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, misplaced, left behind, or damaged, except where the loss results from conduct for which liability cannot legally be limited.
15. Third-Party Venues and Providers
Offerings may be hosted at or involve third-party venues, accommodations, restaurants, breweries, cafés, transportation providers, caterers, instructors, vendors, or other businesses.
Those third parties are independently responsible for their facilities, services, personnel, policies, products, and conduct. Your interaction with a third party may be governed by separate terms, waivers, or policies.
We are not responsible for a third party’s acts, omissions, availability, representations, or services except to the extent required by law.

When physical products are offered:
Product photographs and descriptions are provided for general informational purposes
Colors and appearance may vary by screen, production batch, or material

Product-specific return, exchange, shipping, preorder, and final-sale terms will be displayed with the applicable item or at checkout.
We may limit quantities or cancel orders affected by inventory, pricing, fraud, shipping, or listing errors.
17. Gift Cards, Promotions, and Discount Codes
Gift cards, promotional credits, packages, and discount codes may be subject to separate terms, including:
Expiration or redemption restrictions where legally permitted
Eligible products or services
Date restrictions
Single-use limits

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related communications, such as registration confirmations, receipts, schedule changes, safety notices, or responses to your inquiries.
20. Photographs, Video, and Publicity
We may photograph or record portions of classes, events, or retreats.
When required, we will provide notice or obtain permission before using an identifiable participant’s image, likeness, voice, testimonial, or submitted content for commercial promotional purposes.
Specific events may include additional media-release terms. Please notify us before the event if you have a concern about appearing in photographs or recordings. We will make reasonable efforts to respect communicated preferences, although we cannot control photographs independently taken or posted by other participants.

Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires a different location.
Before filing a claim, you and The Lucky Dot agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written communication.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or permitted by law.
The Terms in effect when you complete a purchase will generally govern that transaction, together with any applicable offering-specific policies.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
32. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, applicable checkout terms, event-specific policies, waivers, and written agreements constitute the agreement between you and The Lucky Dot concerning the applicable Site use or purchase.
