Join The Lucky Dot Mah Jongg Co. for Beginner Guided Play at The Fried Taco in MWC, OK.
This relaxed, beginner-friendly session is designed for players who have recently learned American Mah Jongg and are still building confidence at the table. If you’re ready to keep practicing but still want a little support along the way, this is a perfect next step.
Beginner Guided Play moves at a slower pace than traditional social play. Your instructor will be present to answer questions, offer reminders, help guide the table when needed, and support you as you continue getting comfortable with the flow of the game.
You do not have to have taken a class with The Lucky Dot to attend. If you have been learning Mah Jongg and are still working on confidence, strategy, the Charleston, choosing a hand, reading the card, or simply playing more smoothly, you are welcome at the table. Play follows NMJL rules.
Come a little early and grab a drink or taco before we start!
Date: Saturday, August 22nd
Time: 5:00PM - 8:00PM (come as early as 4 for drinks, tacos and social time!)

Space is limited so the experience can stay intentional, welcoming, and supportive. Four seats are available for this Beginner Guided Play session.
Tiles, mats, racks, and all Mah Jongg supplies are provided. Please bring a 2026 NMJL card. If you do not have one, I can lend you one for the evening.
